Where do you ship?

Our shipping is available throughout the 48 contiguous United States. At this time, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico, or any other international destinations. Additionally, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

Do you offer white glove delivery + assembly?

Yes, we are pleased to offer white glove delivery and assembly services, ensuring your items are delivered, assembled, and placed exactly where you want them in your home.

Can I book an appointment to visit a showroom?

We don't have showrooms or physical stores to keep costs low and pass the savings directly to you. By eliminating middlemen, we ensure you receive high-quality products at the best possible prices.

Are your fabrics pet-friendly?

Absolutely! Our fabrics are pet-friendly, featuring a high rub count, which is designed for high-traffic areas and heavy use making them highly resistant to abrasions and claw penetration.

 

Additionally, our covers are removable and machine-washable. Should your pet cause stains or dirt, simply remove the covers and wash them using your washing machine on a cold, delicate cycle. For tougher stains, we recommend professional dry cleaning. Detailed cleaning and maintenance instructions can be found in the "Fabrics & Fabric Care" section of our FAQ page.

 

Furthermore, our covers are fully replaceable. In the event your pet significantly damages a cover, you have the option to purchase individual replacement covers or a complete set by contacting us at hello@touchofhaven.com

 

Please note: Pet-related damages are not covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty, as it excludes regular wear and tear.

When will my order ship?

All orders are made to order, your order is carefully crafted and typically ships within 6-8 weeks. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every piece meets our high-quality standards before reaching your home. Once shipped, you'll receive tracking details so you can follow your order's journey directly to your doorstep!

How do I cancel / reschedule my delivery date?

To cancel or reschedule your delivery date, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We’ll be happy to assist you with adjusting your delivery to a time that works best for you.
